At ECR 2025, United Imaging proudly introduced its latest innovations, including the uMR Ultra (FDA 510(k) pending, not CE marked, not commercially available in the U.S. or the EU), an advanced 3T MRI system capable of observing and analyzing body movement during scans; the uMI Panvivo (not CE marked, not commercially available in the EU), a new PET/CT platform that transforms the latest technological advancements into clinical reality; and the uAngio Aviva (FDA 510(k) pending, not CE marked, not commercially available in the U.S. or the EU), the world-leading intelligent ceiling-mounted angiography system.

The uMR Ultra integrates industry-leading specifications, such as a high-gradient performance of 100 mT/m at 200 T/m/s, 192 independent RF receive channels, and up to 96-channel coil capabilities. The uAIFI.LIVE platform, a dynamic imaging innovation tailored for motion visualization, leverages the AI capabilities of uAIFI (already established as the foundation of United Imaging’s MRI systems) and incorporates specialized hardware and new AI features, enabling the transition of MRI from static "photography" to dynamic "videography."

The uMI Panvivo represents a new PET/CT platform that makes the latest technological advancements a clinical reality. With exceptional 219 ps TOF timing resolution, 2.9 mm NEMA spatial resolution, and 181 cps/kBq effective sensitivity, the system delivers uncompromised clarity and lesion detectability, boosting clinical confidence and capability. Powered by the uExcel Platform, a multi-dimensional molecular imaging technology, uMI Panvivo offers an intuitive and streamlined workflow to enhance clinical efficiency. Its air-cooled, compact design eliminates the need for an equipment room, while the patient-centric design with a large bore clearance and ambient lighting ensures a comforting scan experience.
