The event has become a prominent feature in the calendar of industry events in Poland and continues to grow in popularity, attracting both domestic and international participants, as seen by the rising number of exhibitors and visitors.

The organizers point out that this two-day event offers an excellent opportunity for leading manufacturers and distributors of laboratory equipment to showcase their latest devices and innovative solutions supporting laboratories across Poland. During the fair, visitors will be able to explore a wide range of products, including laboratory furniture and equipment, laboratory glassware, advanced analytical, control, diagnostic and measurement instruments, optical equipment, IT systems and software for laboratory data management, apparatus and reagents for biochemical, analytical, immunochemical and microbiological testing, as well as solutions aimed at improving operational efficiency. Labs Expo 2025 will also welcome research institutes, analytical centres, certification organisations and companies specialising in the design and outfitting of Clean Room facilities. The fair will bring together decision-makers and professionals working in various types of laboratories, quality control departments, R&D departments, universities and research institutions.
Labs Expo aims to provide a unique opportunity to establish new business connections, which will likely benefit not only exhibitors but also visitors seeking suppliers and manufacturers of laboratory equipment. Participants will have the chance to take a detailed look at the offers, talk with industry experts and specialists, exchange experiences and gain insights into current trends and the future of laboratory technologies. The organizers have planned a range of lectures, workshops and discussion panels to provide an in-depth exploration of key topics such as ensuring quality in laboratories, automating processes and meeting the challenges facing the sector. The event will also discuss the digitalisation of laboratories, including the implementation of modern technologies and the optimisation of data collection and analysis. Furthermore, the importance of accreditation and adherence to standards will be addressed in the context of maintaining high-quality standards and compliance with industry requirements.
The organizers hope that Labs Expo 2025 in Poznań will attract an even larger number of exhibitors and visitors than in previous editions, creating a platform for the effective exchange of knowledge and experiences that will contribute to the further development of the laboratory industry in Poland.
