Newtom 7G - Dual Energy

Newtom 7G is the most advanced CBCT device on the market, applying Cone Beam technology to all areas of the body. The 7G adjusts FOVs and X-ray doses according to the patient’s body build, generating images with a resolution of up to 90 μm. Designed to acquire bilateral hip images, it captures a horizontally extended FOV of 40 x 17 cm. The quality of Newtom 7G examinations now also benefits from Dual Energy technology applied to CBCT. This technique uses two different energy levels to more clearly and precisely identify the chemical composition of the tissues in the investigated area.
