Dosimyco, a ready-to-use reagents kit for the quantification of MPA and its metabolite MPAG in plasma by LC-MS / MS. Mycophenolic acid is an immunosuppressant drug used to prevent rejection in organ transplantation and also for the treatment of autoimmune diseases. Dosimyco enables simultaneous quantification of mycophenolic acid and its metabolite mycophenolate glucuronide in plasma by LC-MS / MS, based on MRM technology and the use of stable labeled internal standards developed by Alsachim.
