Meiko's TopClean 60 is a multiwasher

Meiko is now marketing TopClean 60, an ultra-hygienic machine that the firm calls a 'multiwasher' because it is an appliance for practically everything that must be a cleaned and disinfected.

‘Short programme cycles and low disinfection temperatures up to 74°C ensure a disinfection level of at least A0-60. And the price will also not destabilise your budget,’ Meiko reports. ‘Whether washbasins, trays, flower vases or even operating theatre boots, this versatile appliance will turn its hand simply and reliably to everything asked of it. Its extremely short programme cycle times mean that utensils are available very soon for re-use.’

The three selectable programmes installed in TopClean 60 provide the flexibility to meet every conceivable situation without sacrificing hygiene and patient safety, the company adds. ‘The automatic water change function of the intensive cycle is ideally suited to remove heavy soiling - but still with an economical use of water. The cleaning process in the short and normal programmes has been optimised to achieve an ideal balance between a high standard of hygiene and low operating costs. In the normal programme, the machine uses only about 2.6 litres of drinking water. Quite an achievement! The use of this appliance meets the demands of hygienists everywhere in the world for ultra-efficient, standardised cleaning and disinfection processes – or, in other words, for processes provided by machines, rather than fallible human hands!’

Incorporated in the machine is AktivPlus, a fine filter technology that also adds to the superb levels of cleanliness and disinfection achieved, Meiko adds.
