Brothers receive DGAI's Thieme Teaching Award

The 5,000 euros award was presented to two brother in recognition of their efforts to organise emergency medical seminars held by students for students.

Germany - Anaesthetists Peter Iblher and Hanns Iblher, who work in the anaesthesiology departments of the Schleswig-Holstein University Hospital, Lubeck, and the Frauenfeld District Hospital respectively, have received the Thieme Teaching Award from the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Anästhesiologie und Intensivmedizin* (DGAI). The 5,000 euros award, sponsored by the scientific publisher Thieme, was presented to the brothers in recognition of their efforts to organise emergency medical seminars held by medical students for medical students.
