The radio-surgical device radioSURG 2200 has been developed to provide the surgeon with a unit suitable for any surgical procedure, the manufacturer Meyer-Haake reports.

Due to a new, innovative technique, minimal heat is produced, and an incision can be made without any pressure or tension. As a result, enormous precision is achieved and the surrounding area experiences no thermal damage, the company points out.
A further asset: tissue samples can be histologically examined.
