For many cancer patients, diagnostics and therapy are associated with extended travelling between institutions. Digitization, and especially telemedicine, have great potential in providing a less exhausting and more sustainable alternative. Greater patient comfort is also the aim of new radiotherapy technology, focused on upright positioning, and novel motion-detecting sensors for more streamlined MRI scans. Enjoy reading!
