One year into the Covid-19 pandemic, we still discover new aspects of the disease. Persisting symptoms – which have gained public notoriety as ‘Long Covid’ – are cause for concern among experts. We also report on a new analysis method using mass spectrometry that might replace PCR testing and promising applications for digital pathology in rural Kenya.
